Q: Do I Have the Right to cancel my booking?

A: As we provide high class services, and we travel in high season, we cannot cancel any bookings once they are confirmed. We recommend you to subscribe a travel insurance. for your trip


Q: Do you Provide Nutrition during the cycling trips?

A: Yes, we provide sports nutrition, and isotonic sport drinks during the rides. You can also give us your personal food. We can put it in the support van, that will follow us during each ride.


Q: What happens if I Cannot Ride the whole tour?

A: If you want to take a brake during our rides, or you feel weak or sick, we can provide you personal transport in our support van.


Q: Do you provide Airport or Public Transport Transfer?

A: Yes, we can provide you airport transfer to and from International Airport Zurich. We can also provide you transfer to any railway station in Switzerland. Please send us a message, and we will submit you an offer for your needs.
